How to get the best results out of your CryoSlimming treatment
Before the treatment
For best results, do not consume sugar and carbs 4-5 hours before and after your session.
Avoid exercise immediately before a session, to avoid increasing the body temperature.
Avoid any heavy meal directly before a session as digestion could increase the metabolism and body temperature.
A CryoSlimming treatment on the abdomen should be avoided after a large meal, as the abdomen could be inflated, making it difficult to measure the waist and have consistency fo measurement between treatments.
Make sure you have signed the Client’s Consent Form before receiving the treatment.
After the treatment
There is an immediate inch loss at the end of the treatment, but it will take around 15 days for the lymphatic system to eliminate dead fat cells waste, which is when the final result will be achieved.
Drink a lot of water before and after your session, and every day during the 2 weeks post treatment, to help in eliminating the waste.
Recommended activities and complementary therapies that support the detox process (in particular 3 days after the treatment as it is the peak for the elimination) include physical activity, infrared sauna, float therapy and lymphatic drainage massage. The fat cell removal is permanent, however a healthy diet and exercise regime are necessary to prevent remaining fat cells from enlarging.
A series of 5-10 sessions every 2 weeks apart will achieve the best results. One session every 6 to 12 months will help maintain them.
