BOOKING POLICY

Prepayment of the service or a minimum $50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking any service. Your appointment is not confirmed until the service or $50 deposit has been paid. Please pay your for your service or deposit using our Online Scheduler

CANCELATION POLICY

We have a strict 48-hour cancelation policy. All appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance for the service fee or $50 booking deposit to be transferred to a new date. Any appointments canceled or changed within the 48-hour time will be forfeited. If you missed your appointment on a prepaid package and you wish to reclaim it, there is a $50 fee in order to do so.

Running Late: It happens to all of us from time to time, so all we ask is that you let us know prior to your appointment, and we will do our best to provide you with as much of your treatment in the allocated time as we can. Generally we will have other clients booked in right after your appointment and out of respect to them, we need to have your treatment completed on time. To guarantee your full treatment time, please ensure you are not late.

No Show: If you don’t turn up for your treatment without notifying us, this is considered a No Show. In this instance, the below will apply:

  • You will forfeit your payment

  • You will be requested to pay a deposit when next booking an appointment

  • A treatment or the booking deposit will be forfeited if your appointment included a pre-purchased treatment from a package.

PURCHASE POLICY

Cryoskin Brisbane Pty Ltd trading as Cryoskin Australia provides services according to a published price list. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to pay the published or agreed-upon price for that service, and all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (incl. any relevant taxes, fees) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. You acknowledge that Cryoskin Australia reserves the right to charge for Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion, upon posting on the Website or otherwise. Payment for Services is required at time of booking prior to providing the Service.

 

Packages: Services and treatment packages including up to 10 sessions must be redeemed within 6 months from date of purchase, after which, any unused portion will be forfeited. Packages of 15 or more sessions are valid up to 12 months from date of purchase. Discounted promotions must be applied or mentioned at time of purchase in order to be valid and cannot be claimed retrospectively. Treatments/Services are not transferable to other customers unless otherwise agreed by Cryoskin Australia. If a transfer is agreed, a service fee may apply.

Promotions: Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Promotions must be redeemed within 2 months from date of purchase. Discounted promotions cannot be claimed retrospectively.

REFUND POLICY

Purchases are non-refundable. We will however allocate your payment to other services, providing the Cancelation Policy terms are met. This refund policy applies and you agree to be bound by these conditions, when purchasing packages and direct debit plans, including packages for multiple treatments.

PHYSICAL READINESS

We reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

The terms and conditions stipulated in this document may be changed at any time. By using the Website, you agree to any revised changes. It is recommended that users review this document periodically to stay informed.
